I haven’t even read the article. Originally, you had to be 21 to vote. I was 20 when the 18 year old voting law passes. I’ve watched the effect on our electorate ever since. It was a mistake. A 16 year old would be even worse.
Yes that was a mistake based upon “You’re old enough to get drafted, why can’t you vote?” emotive reasoning.
Now there is a push to lower the drinking age to 18 citing European culture in France and Italy. Another colossal mistake. If anything it should be raised to 25. How much wiser were you at 25 compared to 18? Now throw in alcohol. How stupid were you at 18 as compared to 25?
The rate of alcoholism would be reduced considerably.

It is just a step toward the OneGlobalWorldOrder bs - break down every legitimate (that would be the civilized countries) voting system and then let everyone vote anywhere - until everything is corrupt and that one guy - and you know it will be a guy - who can save the World will step in.
Just until then - the radical extremists who happen to be islamic will have a field day.
And that one guy will have about a third to a half of the people to bother with.
That makes gulags, no internment, no re-education camps much easier to handle - not to mention all the regular systems - healthcare, schools etc - just pick and chose who goes where and in a few, well there won’t be much of a problem at all.
Here it is the felon vote. Yeah with all the felons being either gang members, criminal illegal invaders or turning to islam - that will go - oh so well here.
I don’t know where common sense, national pride and just plain respect for the damn law went but one of the super powers better damn well get it back before we all face the mad mullahs, their nuke ‘em til they glow attitude or the camps.
