Side Dishes

 

1. While this recipe came out just fine, I’d like it to be a bit richer. It’s “rice with bits” right now, and I’d like to try it as “rice and bits” or maybe even “bits with rice”. Typical Drew attempt at overkill, but that’s how I roll.

   The iteration I’ll make for T-day will use 2 cans of peas, 3/4tsp thyme, the whole tiny can of tomato paste, and 1/2 a large can of diced tomatoes drained and rinsed.
