4. Nyquil is overrated, I prefer Everclear with Hot tea.

5. Temazepam, Xanax,Halcion, Ambien .

   Any one of em in the right dose works. But never more than four hours for me.
   Sorry you’re not well, take care of self. Will fill in okay. Lots of stuff was happening here .  Cheers.
