How does a majority Christian nation end up with f**king muslim judge? That’s insane
Because we don’t have a religious litmus test to be a judge. Up until now that has been a good idea, and a nice part of that whole freedom concept.
I’m sure we probably have Shinto and Buddhist judges too. As long as they swear fealty to the Constitution and rule accordingly, who gives a darn? Unfortunately islam is more than just a belief system. It’s an entire socio-political-theologic-economic package in one, and if you sign on for one part you get the whole deal. And that makes it nearly impossible to be a judge where you have to allow the US Constitution to be supreme.
Just for curiosity, I checked the ACLU website to get their take on this. I mean, after all, there are significant 1st Amendment issues here, right?
Silence.
The ACLU hasn’t put a single word on their website about this. They have numerous items about discrimination against Moslems, but not one word about this heinous case.
Just one more reminder that the ACLU has no interest in actually defending the Constitution in any way shape or form.
I’m not sure it’s quite pitchfork time yet, but I am sharpening the points on mine.
Drew, you wondered why Peiper’s post “isn’t drawing the kind of response I thought it would.” I can’t speak for others, but in my case it’s because, at least right now, my reservoir of outrage is dangerously low.
Much of it has been expended in reaction to obama’s ceaseless assault on the Constitution, the economy, and American values and traditions. A large chunk has been spent on the failure of eric holder to be held accountable for his detestable actions that have resulted in the deaths of hundreds if not thousands of Mexican citizens and an unknown number of Americans, including at least three LEOs. What was left has dribbled out in response to similar stories about muslims literally getting away with murder while anyone who speaks out is branded as an intolerant racist.
Yes, what this judge did was wrong WRONG WRONG. But I’m at the point where I don’t have the energy to do much more than sigh disgustedly and shake my head, then move on to the next outrageous story. What little energy and outrage I have left is being hoarded for fights closer to home.
Hopefully I’ll get recharged at some point soon, but right now I’m just plain worn down.
We’re up against a very strong, deceitful and virulent enemy. They have crept into mainstream American society through the back door for the past 40-years.
Now they figure they have the momentum to over-run the current Democratic society and establish a Socialist Oligarchy with the aid of a growing Islamic population.
Europe is already tettering on the brink of the Caliphate and america better be prepared to counter the move even though it will temporarly sustain huge losses in the economy and the Judeo/Christian population.
When your back’s up against a wall and the bear is about to eat you there’s no other options but to fight and /or die.
A lesson that’s gonna see loads of the X-generation whimps sobbing and pleading for mercy .......with their dying breaths!
And, just to top this outrage off, the whole of North Africa has confirmed its essential identity as a fundamentalist tribal community. Under The Obamessiah"s watch. Maybe Morocco can withstand the onslaught but probably not. Go ahead- elect him again and see what happens! Time to deal assertively with the global islamification that he encourages. Along the way, make it a Federal crime to be a member of the Democrat Party of the USA. Israel will lead the way.
I can’t deny that it is exhausting. You can only go to the well of outrage so many times. But gogammit, it’s time for a RESET.
Philadelphia issued a resolution to the Pennsylvania legislature to vote down a law that will prevent foreign law, particularly Sharia Law, from being used in Pennsylvanian courts. Pennsylvania is going down fast.
It’s insanity. How does a whole society come to embrace suicide?
