3. That is correct. The US has cut him off. No spare parts. That’s also why he tried to sell the F-16’s he has to Iran.

4. I remember the story about the US cutting Chavez off from spare parts. Just put two and two together, he has to replace his F16s now that he can’t maintain them. So if they ban you as a customer at Macy’s, what choice do you have but to pick through the clearance bin at the ‘5 and dime’?

5. No problemo! The ruskies need money, Chavez has it....for now, this hardware will be outdated in a few short years and when the cash flow stops, he won’t be able to maintain these beasts. The cash flow crunch is coming, their crude production from what I hear is already lagging since the exodus of americans and his own middle class.
   As for the Ruskies, sell bigger and better weapons to Japan and Eastern Europe at discounted prices...hELLO!
