1. Not only do they lose them, they also seem to have started or enjoined us in most of them. Wilson in ww1, Rosy in ww2,Truman in Korea,Kennedy/Johnson in Nam.

2. Wasn’t it Walter Cronkite pontificating on the disaster that was the Tet Offensive (which we were winning at the time) that was the turning point in Vietnam?

   And yes - the anti-war, peace loving Dems seem to be in the forefront of all the Worlds major wars.

   And the truly ‘endless’ nature of them too.

3. Oops - last part - never forget - Clinton’s ‘home by Christmas’ from the Kosovo ‘situation’. How long did that last - 1999 to 2012 or heck is it still going on? You all do know we are STILL in Korea? As in active duty armed Troops on an DMZ which sees violence quite often. As opposed to Germany, Italy, Japan - where we have bases but use them as first line jumping off points and mostly training.
