2. Yes, they are, thanks. Gums still a bit sore, but getting better. Getting that razor sharp shard pulled out really made a difference.

   Unfortunately, I’m going to have to start some regular dental care. Seems like all the old style mercury based amalgam fillings I have don’t seal so great, so I’m going to have some work done underneath them, and then they’ll be replaced with the new white plastic resin kind.

One of the worst aspects of LEOs - assuming that the ex has valid information (and no grudge going on), assuming in a abuse/murder that it is the spouse/ex above (and sometimes to the exclusion of) all other ‘potential’ suspects, and of course - enforcing insane laws that have no common sense/Constitutionality (in the rational world of Pre-1960’s America).

   I’m glad that the crap in the first warrantless search was thrown - which is why they focused on the shell.

   Read Emily Got Her Gun and Obama wants to take yours - the crap in the end of what DC does to some people (while that Gregory guy can wave an illegal magazine around on air and former whatever Webb can carry a gun into the Senate building (or was it one of his lackeys) and get no jail time - just shows some political piggies are more equal than other political piggies.
