1. Watching the video, she’s oblivious to having been busted. She goes on to tell how hard it is to control the canoe in this water. Yeah, slaloming around the pedestrians must be a challenge.

   At least she didn’t scrape the bottom of the canoe while putting on her show.

2. Shoot Stin, that twit hasn’t a clue how to paddle a canoe or even hold the (for her and the water depth) too long paddle.  I doubt she was oblivious, but rather keeping her game face on because she was too dumb to ad-lib her way out with a little spontaneity and humor. Note the shiny white jacket and the perfectly coifed hair in the supposedly dangerous situation.  I have no doubt she is the type of ignorant phoney who says things like “allegedly had a loaded clip in the magnum gun .357 pistol.” That c...t gives credence to dumb blonde jokes.
