  3. Oh wait .. I think you’re referring to Drew’s remove the links post. I think he was referring to the Sponsor’s Links to the right >>>>>>

  4. I was a bit disappointed that the “sweaty socks” voted to stay part of Britain. It would have been nice to see the back of the Barnett formula and the forty odd socialist Labour MP’s that end up in the House of Commmons. Plus I wanted to see that slippery socialist bastard Alex Salmond turn Scotland into Venezuela without the nice weather.

What I think will really come back to haunt the LibLabCon though is all three promising the Scots even more freebies, courtesy of the English tax payer. Without asking the English if they actually want to pay for this. All it took was one poll where the yes camp got a small majority and these gutless wankers panicked. As it stands Scottish members of their toy town parliament get to decide on laws in Scotland. However there is no equivalent English parliament.

So the English have at long last woken up to the fact that Scottish MP’s get to vote on laws that only affect England. How can that be right? On top of this we saw some very ugly nationalism from the yes camp. It seems that its ok for the sweaties to rave about “freedom” and make bigoted comments about the English but when the English try to assert their identity we are branded racist thugs.

David Starkey has a good comment in the telegraph here http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/scottish-independence/11109179/Scottish-referendum-Now-England-must-rediscover-its-patriotism.html

  5. Actually guys, I made that “rip them out” post ages ago, as a reminder to myself to update the blog when a sponsor’s ad campaign ran out. At the last second, it looks like they were going to renew, but the deal fell through. No worries there though, the blog is paid up for all of this year and then a bit more, thanks to the wonderful generosity of the readers here.

And Rich? I turned the comments off on that post when I wrote it. I meant to take it down right away, but you’re having such a good time with it, maybe I’ll leave it up.

ps - look at the right sidebar. No more links to those IT certification test training classes.

  7. Lyndon ...

Much thanks for that link, read it all.

Noticed with some interest how mean spirited the Yes camp were, but wasn’t surprised.

Will UKIP benefit at all after this, in view of the three party panic and giveaway?
