3. If I remember correctly “her” full name is Ellie Dee Light.

   Is it just me, or should all the stories about Palin’s appearances be headlined “Sarah gets a lot of cash to speak to Tea Party”? I have seen very little about the meat of her speech and too much about how much she has been paid to speak. I don’t give a shit how much she is being paid. Whenever Clinton ($175,000) or Al Gore ($175,000) speak for money, it’s about the message, not their fees. This is how they make a living. The group seems to think it’s fair, so MOVE ON. Tell me what was said, not how much was spent.

4. As pointed out Ellie Light is a fraud (actually a man too - probably paid by the DNC/WH to put all those letters into all those papers - which in some states is against the law) but these two bits make me question as to who is the ‘intelligent’ person(s) in this ongoing saga:

   -’Sarah Palin is a proven quitter, with little experience and even lower inate intelligence (I can see Russia)’- Sarah Palin said - there is a place in Alaska that those who live there can see Russia - It was Tina Fey on SNL that did the shtick as Palin saying - I can see Russia. Umm, how stupid does one have to be to confuse a tv parody with the real person?

   and

   -’with regard to Americans (who they take to be war loving, ignorant, inbred hillbillys) who led them into an 8 year war ongoing’- Umm, excuse me - do not our Allies have their own systems of gov where they VOTE to decide if they are going to join in a war or not? 8 years is not ongoing - most especially when the Bush Administration and Obama Administration have both set parameters for the END probably within this decade.

   And rather than debating a fact, issue or belief - the Left simply uses attack politics and name calling - which they have done with the last 3 wildly popular Republicans - Reagan, Bush the younger and of course their biggest threat yet Sarah Palin.

   Too bad that too many in the RNC/GOP (i.e. the stupid party) are too busy constructing a big tent of moderate, bi-partisan sellingout idiocracy to hear what the Tea Partys, 9/12ers, conservatives, libertarians and of course just plain folk such as Sarah Palin are saying - Politics as Usual and Selling out - be it to Big Corporate backers or Big Union Thugs, oops Backers - is no longer acceptable in America.

We do owe a H/T to Ann Althouse for that Drew but that said, She is in a similiar situation to where RWR was.Out of office, On the telly, Speaking truth to power, and making waves wherever she speaks. Ol Ronny hung out there for many a year before his opportunity came along and we know how that turned out NOW DON’T WE. Food for thought.

9. Be careful BD. Palin’s been known to shoot down moose and caribou with her gun, cut them apart with her knife and eat their livers raw. Always best to be on your manners around one like that!
