  1. I supported Billy Graham until his ‘farewell’ tour when he had former President Bill Clinton come up on stage - that man was not appropriate for a religious leader to pander to at all - I do not care that he was a President. He has no morals at all. It is that simple and should always be.

It is a shame that our politicians and religious leaders are both pandering and giving in on the core values that they must hold to keep America strong and safe.

RIP Ruth Graham - now that you are with God, put a bug in your husband’s ear to apologise for his Clinton mistake. We all sin and fall short, if Mr Graham were to apologise and ask for forgiveness - his stature would rise in my eyes again.

  2. RIP Ruth Graham.
Ruth showed the world that to be a godly wife was not only desireable and possible, but that it could be could an extremely happy marriage.
The Graham’s have always been so open about their faith.
Billy, who’s message was always about Jesus’ forgiveness and the basis of Jesus’ acceptence of sinners with his closing altar call of “Just As I Am” led many to the Lord and so many that had fallen away, came back to the Lord.
I am sure Billy will follow soon, very sad to say.
I have nothing but admiration for the two of them and I know they will be reunited soon.

  3. Ruth is my wife’s name.  With famous evangelists being featured in the media doing things that would outrage Madonna, never a whisper of scandal about Billy Graham.  Funerals of 87 year-olds with virtuous lives, more of a celebration.
