  1. And had this happened in Afghanistan, you’d be shocked at the barbarity of the Taliban.

Funny how the “armed gang” somehow failed to rob a bus full of unarmed Pedros, yet the guys who had guns all managed to get away while leaving their unarmed female member behind. Yeah, sure. This in a country where they don’t hesitate to shoot people at the drop of a hat.

And for someone supposedly set on fire with gasoline, she doesn’t look the slightest bit burned.

Sounds like a totally made up story to me. Probably pictures from some sort of public humiliation witch hunt; an accused adulteress or something. Typical turd world primitives. Punish the woman! Evil temptress! She has to be guilty, she has blond hair!

If you want vigilante justice then do it right. Shoot ‘em or hang ‘em on the spot. But then don’t complain when it gets out of hand - and it will! - and you have to cower in fear from the “citizen’s committee” similar to what happened after the french revolution.

  2. “citizen’s committee” similar to what happened after the french revolution

Forgot about that. I was thinking San Francisco 1849. Worked fine then. No comparison to Fr.Rev. there.

I didn’t think she looked burned either but thought perhaps the police were fast and stopped it before anyone could torch her.  ??  But I know they have problems with criminal gangs and justice is pretty rough there.

  3. Hi Drew ..

You may be right and I often fly off the handle in anger. Hard thing not to do reading the court cases here. Total insanity and truth to tell, that feeling of when are they coming for us is alive and well every time we read about some scum breaking into a home and then abusing the ppl they find there.  Then you read where the shit has umteen previous convictions but oh, he’s been let out on release recently. Time and time and time again.
You can’t believe the things I don’t post. And almost all of em end the same way.
The gremlin got out early. People here are angry but people here haven’t any guns. And to make matters worse, most (I don’t think) want them.
It’s really that bad. And the courts are of no help.

  4. Peiper, you’re probably not too far away from this in Britain. Your prior post shows that the ‘criminal justice’ system in Britain is all about justice FOR the criminal, not the victim.

It’s precisely when the citizens subjects realize that the law isn’t on their side that you get vigilante justice.

Under the circumstances I’m reading, I’m for the vigilantes.

  5. Oh I agree! But there has to be some middle ground. Can’t give over to the abos, that wouldn’t be cricket. This is shiite.

UK needs to stop being namby-pamby, but it doesn’t need to go this far. Jail ‘em, hang ‘em, put the rapists, pedos, and stompers to the flame. But after a trial. Shoot the robbers dead in their tracks, but if you catch them, it’s off to trial. This street shit is BS.

  6. While Lynch mobs sometimes deal righteous justice, they are also well know for flying off the handle and punishing the innocent as well. What we need is a fast fair justice system that works. If they are guilty of murder, hang ‘em. If they are guilty of theft, a little state sponsored vacation involving reducing boulders to gravel and stamping license plates for 25 cents per hour. Kidnap? Life. Assault (not a friendly weekend bar fight). A little time in the pokey, and double it for every subsequent offense. Say 10 days the first time. After they get their 3rd (40 days) or 4th (80 days) charge, I think they may not be so frisky. NO time off for good behavior. Same with the fines. Make the punishment fit the crimes.
Drugs? Nothing for possession and use, as long as you don’t do anything wrong. Let you take the long dive into squalor at your own risk. The moment you do something illegal to finance your habit, no rehab in lieu of jail time. It’s time, plus, if you wish to finance it, rehab. If you request rehab (and it has no standing in sentencing) and limited means, you can get rehab. 1 time per customer, next time, no rehab unless you pay. If they find your dried out dead husk in the gutter, it’s the consequence of your actions, unless it can be proven as an actual homicide. ODs need not apply. Hit the family or estate for the funeral costs. If there’s no money, it’s the potter’s field. I posted my thoughts on burglary earlier, so I will quote that (lazy typist mode: ON)
There should be no rules of engagement for a burglary.
It should simply be: If you cross this threshold uninvited, you have forfeited your life to the owner of the house. If you escape death or debilitating injury, then your ass belongs to the state, then you can consider yourself lucky.

I think part of the problem comes from politicians. They see someone going to jail for whatever crime, and they feel pity for a fellow criminal.

Bahh.. Just my 2.5 cents worth (adjusted for inflation)
    Bill

Commenting is not available in this weblog entry.

Next entry: Meanwhile, criminal justice (?) in the UK means sending thugs on taxpayer boat trips and holidays.

Previous entry: I understand the reasoning which isn't bad. Parents face ban on smoking in front of children.
