  1. The logic almost holds, if you ignore that his fellow cops didn’t fire him for being an idiot. 

    All they did was make jokes about his being out of control.  (Although I’ve got to admit, he was still better than a U.S. cop.  A U.S. LEO would have smashed the driver face down on the ground when he pulled the driver out of the car.)

    The cop resigned voluntarily, making his entire lawsuit pure b.s. to most rational people.
