  1. Superb! LOL  banghead  LOL

I guess we haven’t killed “fake but accurate” yet ... and the footage did show submarines exploring in the deep, so it did have the essential “truthiness” factor. But the film clip came from the Russian news folks, so would that be “pravda-osity”? A high “pravdability” perhaps?

  3. A 13 year old schoolboy?  I do so love the professional fact checkers employed by the Mainstream Media.

In this case, I’ll presume that Reuters actually wanted to produce an accurate story but just goofed up.  I know that isn’t always the case.  The very first instance of fabricated news stories that I am personally certain of (I was there) involved a story appearing in the Los Angeles Times, describing rioting in the streets next to UCSB in the spring of 1970.  There were certainly plenty of protests and riots that spring, but, of all the incidents that the L.A. Times reported, at least one of them was a complete fabrication.  How can I be sure?  I was there.  One morning, after a quiet evening, I picked up a copy of the Times and was astounded to learn of the pitched battles that had occurred.  Since I had literally been walking through the streets where the action supposedly took place at the time it was supposed to have happened, I knew absolutely that the article was a total fabrication.  That’s my story, what’s yours?

  5. And must we ask why this is not front page, above the fold NEWS? Oh yeah I forgot it involves media malfeason, not evil bushilterburtonco. . . And we should believe them - WHY?
And finally - And a little boy will lead them. [Isaiah 11:6]
