5. If I were to build an all glass restaurant it would be in the Galapagos Islands......While you are eating you would be surrounded by beautiful sea lions, sea turtles, fur seals, Sally Lightfoot crabs, beautiful starfish and Galapagos penguins..........however it will never happen as the Galapagos National Park Service is very involved in maintaining the pristine beauty of the islands as they are........I was there last November & would go again to capture more of the beauty on film than I already have.........
