Religion of Peace my Ass - your daily horror story

 

Mom and dad terrorist send son out as splodeydope, to blow up their cousin. Sheesh, these folks is nuts!!!

1. ....as if we needed any more reasons to think they’re crazy and dangerous.

   When the Islamic world invaded the Christian world, advancing as far as the Pyrenees mountains and the city of Vienna, the only thing that stopped them was pure force and violence almost without conscience.  Read the history of the Original Dracula (Vlad Tepisch sp?) and how he stopped the Moslem hordes when Transylvania was invaded.  Read the history of the Greeks and Armenians when they had dealings with the Islamic world.  Negotiation didn’t work.  Respect didn’t work.  Concessions didn’t work.  Only raw force worked.  Eventually, the Islamic hordes were driven back to their homelands, where they lived in spiritual and mental poverty.  Now, hundreds of years later, the hordes are moving again. 

   How many will learn from history and how many will have to learn the lessons anew?  What chance is there that moderate Moslems will actually rise up against the radical freaks?  Is there any chance that the radical Islamists will realize that eventually the world will push back with a war of annihilation against all Moslems?  Will that be enough to make the Islamists stop or will they revel in the deaths of millions and call it martyrdom? 

   It would be nice to believe that the Islamists will back down and we could all live in peace, but I don’t have much hope of that.  We are dealing with a group that is functionally insane by Western standards.  While they do have some ethical concepts that are analogous to our own, overall they seem to be a nightmare straight from the Twilight Zone.  The old Twilight Zone was about character, ethics and morality.  What will the Islamic version teach us?

5. What’s to misunderstand about Sharia?  A couple of amputations here, an execution or three by stoning there, total submission of the wife to her husband, sounds pretty simple to me.  The most disturbing part is that while most religions lend themselves to unrighteous acts, Islam and Sharia, seem to positively encourage them.  G-d save us from your true believers.
