  1. JayD you should have indefinite leave to remain in the UK. It would lapse if you left the UK for over two years. However as there are no exit controls it would be up to them to prove you had been absent for two years. The only way they can do this is by accessing the records of the airline. In my experience even if you had been absent for two years and admitted it you would still be let in.

One of the tricks we used to encounter from Americans & Canadians, Australians etc. who were too cheap to pay for a new visa when their passport expired was to present the old one. The visa cost about £250 I think to transfer to the new passport. British Immigration are too scared to offend anyone so they would just accept the new passport and let them go on their way. I can’t see that happening in the US somehow. Even assuming you left for over two years you are still able to get a tourist visa which is valid for six months. The only way they could not let you in is if they suspected you were planning to work or were “not conducive to the public good” a somewhat unlikely scenario. BTW if you have been resident in Britain for four years you could just get a British passport!

As for this commie scumbag judge. What they should do is house these wankers on council sink estates when they are presiding over trials so they can understand how normal people have to live. It’s a bit like that judge that allowed gypsies to remain on green belt land. The council should find out where the judge lives and grant planning permission to pikeys next door to the judges mansion. Let him see how much he likes living next door to them.

  2. So which is it? Did these brits establish the corruption in chicago a century ago or did some chicago emigres make the boat ride there during the last century?. All and one the same.

  3. Lyndon, Thanks. I knew you’d have the answer. Now, all I hafta do is make contact somehow with my very own ppl to clear up the thing with wife’s visa return to USA.
We can write an appeal for an extension explaining why she never went back and got her passport stamped EVERY YEAR. Cost is in hundreds of dollars and if rejected, we lose the money spent. Catch22s all over the place.

You are right about judges living among the disasters they help create. Of course, they don’t have to live with the consequences of their actions.
