   It’s time to hoist the Black Flag and start kicking ass!!!

   This is NOT the USSR where we need an internal passport to travel in this country!!!!  I’m tanned, I’m rested, I’m ready!!!!  This heavily-armed Pacifist has just about had it!!!!!

   If you have a crowd-control problem, then deal with it by putting them in a holding area.  If you have looters, then shoot the bastards!  But this is not a case about the freedom to travel.

2. I guess it takes a legal mind to formulate the opinion that the act of crossing an interstate border is not necessarily predicated on the ability to first travel intrastate to that border.  This is intellectually akin to saying the rose has a right to exist but not the stem.
