2. Right now it’s on a straight track over my place.... I hope the Levees on the florida coasts hold LOL.. JK...but man 2004 was a bugger.. and they were only tropical storm force winds when they got here..

5. Bulldog, dear, I’m up in the painfully blue state of Maine. We’ve had WAYYYYYY too much rain lately, I don’t want no more.

   All the rest of my family in FL are SO used to this BS that I ain’t too terribly worried about them. They know the drill (no pun intended)

6. That is just not fair!
   Normally the tropical systems head for the Texas Gulf Coast this early in the hurricane season.
   We are cookin’ in Texas and in desperate need of rain!
   The heat and humidity is making everyone bitchy.
   Heaven help you if the a/c goes out!
   Y’all in Florida waiting for the deluge and Northern areas that have received all the recent rain, break out the life rafts, we’re praying for you!

7. Florida desperately needs rain now too.. have had many fires lately.. had to shut down a few interstates for a while due to the smoke..
