  1. Blah, blah, pot calling the kettle black.
Same study methodology as the anti-war activist, oops scientist at John Hopkins who guessed at 645,000 Iraqis killed because of the US being in Iraq - even though his charts and maps showed the exact opposite and his methods were dismissed by all social scientists as not being sound nor large enough to ‘postulate’ what he did - but it made the msm headlines and talk shows for a while.

Second I can prove that the exact opposite is true - mention GWB to anyone here - normal, sane answers (in truth many might just point out where he/she thinks GWB is lacking after pointing out what GWB is doing right).
Now do the same thing on Daily Kos, MM or democratic underground and hear chimp, idiot, evil, hitler, croynism, terrorist etc etc etc.
BTW, if you are confined to a mental institution are you going to be voting?
That is like asking illegals who they would vote for, sort of like putting out a study showing that schnauzers would vote for Kerry but labradors would vote for Bush - stupid.

  2. I guess the main assumptions of this study regarding “being politically informed” were:
    1.  9/11 was a government conspiracy
    2.  We went into Iraq for the oil
    3.  The United States is an evil unparalleled in history
    4.  Christianity is a threat

If you don’t believe this, you are uniformed…

  3. Hey, if certified whackos would vote more for Bush than Kerry, when will the Dhimms start advocating that the mentally ill NOT be permitted to vote?

  4. I WANT that t-shirt! propeller

  5. Let’s see—he studied mentally ill patients and found that the Bush supporters among them had lower awareness of current events (note that the difference is not stated) using a methodology *he* devised.  Note the study started as a project to register mentally ill voters.  I’ll bet he was hoping to register more Kerry voters than Bush voters, got pissed off when it didn’t work, and decided to twist it to prove a classic moonbat talking point.

Isn’t it obvious by inspection that you have to be crazy to be a conservative in CT, anyway?

Another study proving “Social Science” is an oxymoron.  What’s the old saying?  “If the field has to have ‘science’ in its name, then it isn’t one.”

  6. Maybe we ought to show ‘em just how crazy we really are.

Every conservative should move to Texas and then watch how quickly the rest of the country spirals into hell.

Texas would be an economic powerhouse in no time. Violent crime would become close to nonexistent and our kids would grow up getting a first rate education. Illegal immigrants would disappear and the unproductive would either get with the program or be shown the door.

After the republic achieves economic independance and is able to provide for its own defense, we can tell the socialist bastards we left behind to kiss our crazy asses.

  7. This story is so insane in itself!  The last sentence: “‘Bush supporters had significantly less knowledge about current issues, government and politics than those who supported Kerry,’ the study says.” Is so wrong it makes me want to kick my dog for looking like John Kerry!  (Well, I don’t have a dog, and John Kerry resembles a horse more than a dog, but I digress)

Kerryites are incompetent, empty-headed goofballs who know nothing beyond their little world and ignore what is really out there.  Who commissioned this study?  It is from the Northeast.  I bet Kerry donated is wife’s money to the school or the study itself.  BAH!

  8. The hill country of Texas is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. Hmmmm.
