2. I have a suggestion - put him in a IL prison - apparently (ala Richard Speck) you can get all the hormones you need. All while being taken care of (three hots and a cot) on the taxpayers dime - and you get your choice of ‘men’ to pick from - Sounds like a win-win for everyone.
