  1. I filed this in the “Be Sure Your Sins Will Find You Out” category.

It is too bad this man died.  I’ll not celebrate the death of another human.

On the other hand, I do so very much enjoy irony.  And let’s face it, this man died as a direct result of his own actions.  All life’s choices has consequences, some moreso than others.

  2. You know something - this is a real lesson for ‘government’ subsidised human beings. This particular tribe is the poster child for not having Entitlements at all. Each adult member of the tribe receives $20,000 per quarter and each child receives $20,000 per year - yet they live in abject poverty (yes, I know that defies rational thought) and squalor while drinking into insanity and driving expensive SUVs around all night. There is almost no industry or commerce on their ‘reservation’ - except a new resort. You only need to have a Miccosukee mother (and not be on another Tribal roll)to be a member and they have a pact with Cuba. . .Here is the story of the conviction of the father who drove his ex-girlfriend’s (he has 11 children with several different women - 3 with this particular woman) Tahoe with 2 of his sons in it into a canal. The tribal council let him off - because he was sorry. FL took it on as the canal was off the rez -

The money payments was for moving the Tribe from where current day Miami - typical of a culture that has been ‘subsidised’ and entitled for generations - instead of using that money for improving themselves and protecting/promoting their tribal heritage - they do almost nothing.

And commit stupid crimes and end up killing or dying stupidly.
