Prison newspaper pulps 50,000 copies over fears cartoon of bearded pig in turban would offend Muslim

 

1. Drew .. okay. Come clean.  How the heck did you find that toon?  I looked everywhere I could think of and came up blank.  How’d ya do it? Or isn’t this the one they were referring to?

2. No, this is exactly the picture, and the article. Which I think is quite funny BTW.

   You need to study hard, grasshopper, to become a master at Google-fu.

   Actually, all I did was look for Images of “pig turban” and there it was. Once I had the image, I just scrolled down that page, found the article, and followed the links ... and ta-da!

   The prisoner who wrote the article has been charged with a disciplinary offence against the Prison Rules, and is in the Segreation Unit. He is also being transferred out of Hull Prison.

   The actual, real live original article in the paper has been scanned and republished here. Don’t ask me how - I would not have thought that prisoners had access to scanners. But WTH, these guys have computers and internet, so why not give them the full rig?
