I find this part reprehensible:

I don’t know about you, but I’ve taken an oath twice to protect and defend the Constitution. Not the government. And certainly not to protect the Obama misadministration.
I re read it a couple of times. Somebody’s getting a personal favor from the President and the whole thing stinks worse than my Uncle’s chicken coop!
If he’s going to do something that publicly and casually, what will his next couple of moves be like? Think it could have been a trial balloon to see what the reaction would be?
How in the world, can you take a law authorizing expedited purchasing procedures from 1958 and re write a whole branch of law? If the contractor is shielded, the injured parties can’t bring suit. We’re talking about Ebola here, not whiplash.
If that’s Obama’s idea of appropriate use of his executive powers, I don’t want to know what’s coming next.
