  1. Squiggy:

DO NOT SWITCH BACK FROM FIREFOX TO INTERNET EXPLODER! IE is now and always has been buggy and a security risk. I’ve been running IE Beta for a month now and it seems to me that Micro$oft is just playing catchup to FireFox by adding tabbed browsing (finally) among other things FIreFox added over a year ago.

    Rob:

The Borg are looking for you. Run away!

    LOL

  2. It all sounds to me like it usually does, i.e., another complete and irredeemable MUTT trotted out in the guise of a thoroughbred.  That was always BG’s way, and since he got rich on it, why should he change?

No additional mutts in this kennel, however.  The ones I already have are more than sufficient.

    wink

  3. Three pieces of advice:

    1) Buy a Mac.

    2) No mac? Then always and only use FireFox web browser. Microsoft sux.

    C) Never, never, never, ever, and I mean never, turn on automatic updates!! That patch crap will stop up the works faster than a fat man pigged-out on string cheese.

  4. (Turn on deep rumbling bass with some reverb)

You have blashphemed against the great and powerful Gates! Punishment is assured! Do not try to escape! Do not resist! Come along quietly! All will be well! We care about you! Explorer Bless us as we carry out our duty!

  5. I’ve been using IE7-RC1 for a while now with no problems.I also use Firefox for sites that don’t play nice with IE7.I am leery of Firefox every since the first AV scan I ran after using it exclusively for about 3 weeks.Holy Cow,19 adware items popped up!!!!!.All I ever get with IE is tracking cookies.I feel a good AV and anti-spyware are all you need along with common sense. clap

  6. BTW,IE7 is removed through add-remove programs. If you don’t like it remove it and your system reverts back to IE6.

  7. Methinks IE7 is really IE6.66, and that Billy Gates is the antichrist.  angel_devil
