1. I watched the video; yeah it does seem like a bigger badder daisy cutter. I thought it was humorous how the Ruskies stressed that it was a Green Bomb that doesn’t harm the environment ... so it would have no fallout, Mr. C’s bomb-pun notwithstanding.

   I guess the US will just have to build a bigger one now. I agree with Anonymous above that the “vacuum bomb” name is just booga-booga to frighten “the children”.

   I’m not a bomb knowledge junkie, so the differences between ABEs (air burst explosives), FAEs (Fuel Air Explosives) and thermobaric bombs are lost on me. Info on our poor, puny old MOAB here, and some on thermobaric “cave buster” bombs.
