  1. This is the lame-stream media signaling Congress they have their back when they send their war funding bill to Bush for veto.

Pretty scary stuff knowing the media is in one party’s pocket.

  2. This person has a 99% disapproval rating of polls since they are all looking for the answers they already know they want.  I have a 100% disapproval rating of pollsters who call during supper.  I have a 2% approval rating for congress (they rank so high because of the proposed legislation to protect travelers from CAIR.  It may improve to 3% if it actually passes).  And I have a 5% approval rating for W.  He could improve on that big time if he would grow a pair and stand up to these $#%&#$(#$& in congress.

Wow.  My poll of myself actually means more than all the others put together.

  3. I agree with you Skipper on statisticians - there is a book Statistical Abstract of America (or the US) that has fairly pure numbers and statisitics. I found it in 1982 while writing a paper about juvenile deliquency rates and race. It upheld my (yes I was biased on my assumption that race had almost nothing to do with deliquency rates) thesis. My professor was surprised and (a touch of irony - most libs no longer appreciate) the college he was working for did one of the studies that upheld my position (theirs was strong intact families and jd rates). And of course even back then it disproved the feminazis rants on abortion, and of course the libs take on religion in America.

I also despise the management, law writing, legislation, foreign policy, war management, social construct - well anything to do with the Government done by ‘polling’. President Clinton did it and look at what his administration wrought upon America.

John, I agree President Bush could improve his standing in the country if he would just get a backbone and stand strong on so many issues.

Oh well - the idiots by the lie and that is the real problem.

  4. I was just going to point out some blatant lies, but then I re-read your post and you already did.  Bush still have higher approval ratings than congress.

  5. Considering the stability, and the comparison to Congress, I think
the situation might very well be normal.
I’d like to see comparison with other Presidents.
