3. It’s a 12+ frame gif, with 4-5 motion frames. It’s really no different than the ones that are full scene full motion ... but with all the no motion frames, it does kind of sneak up on you, especially since the motion frames are of such limited area. that’s why it catches you.

   Unlike the ones of the bikini babes jumping up and down.

   But it’s the exact same construction.

   Any graphics tool that can do layering ought to be able to build one.
