1. The slimiest moment of this terrorist event was when the big o said (commanded) to lower all flags to half staff.

   Here is his announcement of the Ft Hood Shooting:

   There is no mention (command) of lowering the flag to half staff.

   Bite me.

   Of course the liberal screeds for gun control is a given.

   Just wait until we find out Mr Crazy had had a run in with a LEO or psychiatrist who did nothing (ala Jared Loughner).

   Until the adults get back in control of the US and change the laws back to where JUSTICE not social justice or gittin’ even or the social-experiment-of-the-week controls the entire criminal justice system from the schools (without AA) to the Bench - when citizens and society matter more than a criminals rights, we will continue to slide into the depths of anarchy and chaos. And like the tal-i-ban - the liberals will come back with the most repressive, freedom and liberty stealing laws imaginable.

   While letting illegals, gang bangers and the nutso - run wild.

3. Rich .... Piers Morgan also write a column in a Sunday supplement here called Live.

   Now that he works for CNN because of course there are NO yanks who could do that job,
   he’s become expert on the USA.  He is a former newspaper editor. He says he likes to get people to cry. ???? I have no idea why that should make for an interview.
   Your point here btw is very good and you’re quite right.

   Wardmom .... I went to the DM link Drew left as I usually check them several time a day anyway.  The various comments ppl make are interesting. But also very rage inducing.
   These would be know it alls about the USA and gun crime and gun control etc.  I never understand quite why they feel it’s any of their freekin business how we handle things re. guns. And hardly any of our critics actually have a clue about the size of America or even the population.  Yet they insist on making comparisons with regard to crime and killings.
   Of course the fact that our pop. is over 300m never occurs to them.
   Anyway ... I think I’ll share this with you.
   I just HAD to reply to this idiot. I’m surprised the DM (Daily Mail) allowed it.

   Do you have any idea how stupid you’ve just made yourself appear? You claim, and I’d bet falsely, to have traveled the world. But never to the USA yet somehow you know it’s a “horrible place” and it’s populated with people you have never met who are likewise “horrible.” I doubt you have even traveled outside your own restricted confines because folks like you are generally quite uneducated and do not travel far from their comfort zone. Which in your case isn’t too far away from your keyboard.

4. Peiper the comments at DM are just like the liberals here - they think that they are high and mighty, beyond this type of violence and that they know that IF their laws/ideas were implemented that overnight the US would become a place of peace, (social) justice and kumbyah love.

   And yes, I’ve met people like that who think that they know about a place, simply by reading the news? You have got to be kidding.

   And yet, and yet - they think that they are smarter, more civilized and better at being in control than you or I or any American in the ‘flyover’ states are.

   I hate them with a passion - but I wouldn’t kill them - which in all honesty, I’m not sure I can say for them that the reverse is true.

6. Planned out for months - I’m sorry but does that sound bat-sh*t crazy to you? No, to us sane and rational people - that sounds exactly what it is (Batman references aside) - hateful, dangerous criminals intending to inflict as much damage as possible to as many people as possible.

   Are movie theaters - gun free zones?

   This just might make me go back to carrying again.

   Damn sure I will at least protect myself.
