Peiper’s First Gun Porn Post

Yes, I know that Peiper has made at least two previous posts on firearms. IIRC, he even did one that was nearly pornographic, featuring the gold plated “bling” guns of Saddam Hussein and his sons, and a couple of similarly “grilled up” guns taken off of drug lords. That’s bad porn. That’s crack raddled amputee skanks with mismatched rubber titties and bad facial scars getting shagged by angry German ponies in bondage gear porn. This is the good kind. This is the kind where you pay a fee to go to a world renowned museum with your wife and look at. Sure it’s still naked ladies, but there’s always a cherub or a Grecian urn in the picture somewhere, which proves it’s art, and let’s you stare as long as you want without embarrassment.

  1. Sounds like the type of toys my old friend prince Bander would shell out the coin for.He loved every big or exotic gun you could buy back in the day [late 70,s].You know how difficult it is to ship that kind of thing to a open friendly place like Jeddah? Very. But having family at the customs desk in port made things easier.Of course Im just waxing on the past so forget I mentioned this ,,,,,,,,

  3. I prefer my Sakos to be honest. Besides who wants a rifle called man-licker?

  4. I don’t speak German, but I think it’s “man leacher”. You know, like leaches. Sucked dry. Which may be even worse! LOL

OTOH, the Mannlicher-Schoenauer rifles built at the beginning of the 20th century by Steyr were gorgeous things. Very European and very well made, they were short practical rifles that were a joy to hunt with. The full length stock came to be associated with the name Mannlicher, but it’s the super smooth bolt action that really made the rifles famous, along with another one of those flawless rotary magazines. You can get that same kind of stock today on the CZ 550 FS, which is really a Mauser at heart. Naturally CZ is only too happy to build you one as Bavarian Fancy as you want, to the point where you’d only feel comfortable wearing lederhosen and a funny hat with feathers in it to shoot the thing.
