3. Been $3.75 in Boise for several weeks now.  Well, $3.64 at Costco.

5. Went from $3.59 around here (Southeast TX) to $3.99 when hurricane Ike landed. Not surprised by that, nor bitching, simple supply and demand. Short supply, high demand, and lots of new repairs to do, no I’m not surprised that prices got bumped. On guy in a town between here and Houston tried charging $7 a gallon, I expect him to end up in jail.
