  1. Jeez. That sucks.

I really think that pot should be legalized.  Either that or make tobacco and alcohol ILLEGAL. It just don’t make no sense.

That guy is going to get a settlement.  The lawyers are smelling the money.

Withdrawal from opiates is no picnic (a friend of a friend of a friend says...)

  2. On the dumb shit -O- Meter, I’ll give it dickhead dickhead dickhead dickhead dickhead

Skipper, I distinguish 1. behaviour I do not condone, from 2. behaviour I’m willing to send the cops in to put a forceful stop to.
Marijuana smoking, unless you’re behind the wheel, doesn’t even register.

  3. Unfortunately, the only way this will change is when the Federal law itself is changed to allow medicinal marijuana, and I don’t this happening any time soon. The Feds could have waited until the guy was better fit to travel before busting him!

  4. A friend of mine lives near McKinleyville, he refers to that and Humboldt County area in general as being the capital of the world for “recreational hemp” growing. weed joint weed party

The worst thing about weed is the endless plethora of draconian laws against it.

TWOD = TWAF (the war on drugs = the war against freedom)

  5. I hope that some day we’ll look back on this BS just like today we view criminalization of homosexuality.  BUT, WE"RE DOING IT TO PROTECT CHILDREN!”

  6. This is more bullshit.

As other have said there are more egregious criminals out there wandering around loose who are more deserving of police attention.

The SCOTUS was wrong on their medical marijuana decision. You’ll note that it was the “liberals” that made up the majority on that one with the “conservatives” dissenting. Exactly the opposite of what one would expect. Just like the Kelo decision.
