  1. Wonder if they shoot the old bat up there with one of those “man cannons?  peace

  2. How do you suppose it looks on a job resume to say:

Baez will take shifts occupying the tree with Hill, who spent two years in the late 1990s sitting in a northern California redwood to highlight the plight of ancient forests.

Do any of these people work?

  3. My question is this - is not there a middle ground between all of the land being paved and/or built on and saving every single tree and patch of green? And can’t reasonable people on both sides of the issue reach a middle ground. Why has the world become such a mass of my way or no way of functioning. In Spanish? Why - oh yeah, at the same time of being a keen environmentalist, she had to remind the gang bangers surrounding them that she supported the illegal invasion of the US.

    >gritty south Los Angeles< translation - the projects of South Central LA - like there is even a living tree to be found. What garbage.

  4. Oh yeah I forgot, what the crap is a hectare? And why should American’s care?

Beccayinn these professional activists are being funded by the communists, socialists and George Soros to bring down the US from within. And I’d love to have someone fund me as I went around America spouting ‘God Bless the USA,’ ‘Support the Troops,’ and ‘Illegals only Deserve Deportation.’ But the real Americans who support that are actually working real jobs and don’t have the extra money (being taken in taxes to pay for all the illegals) to fund me sitting around spouting my truths. Wait a minute, since the majority of Americans believe my truths, we don’t need to have insidious outsiders funding a constant barrage of ‘talking points’ and ‘photo ops’ to get our message out.

Children mind your lessons - ‘Out On A Limb’ & ‘Barking Moonbat of the Week’ are prime examples of why the ‘make love not war’ drug doing hippies of the 60s/70s do not belong in control of America. Instead of actually attending college they went out and ‘brought about the end of the Vietnam War and brought down a President’ and now 30 frickin years later are still stuck back there in the their own pathetic time warp of ‘when I mattered and did something to change the world’ and are trying to foist the same lies, the same pathetic shticks [do any teens/college kids even know what a folk singer is?] garbage and liars on America again.

Every thing they envisioned as great, right and good has either failed (communism) is proven to be a joke or close to it (environmental ‘theories’) and a lie (John Kerry, Ted Kennedy, Dick Durbin, oh well you get the idea) - they need to go back to HS and college and actually learn history, civics, citizenship and law.

Oh heck what would it matter - most HS and colleges don’t teach those any more anyway.

  5. As I understand the situation the farmers were given use of the land after the Rodney King riots some years back. Then the land got sold to a developer and he started working on developing it. But, the city forgot to tell the farmers. Either that, or the sale was “murky”. It looks like what you get when somebody forgets to do some research.

  6. I couldn’t believe Joan was still alive either.
Old hippies never die, they just wait around, sucking air until they can find something else to sing (whine) about.
May she get splinters climbing down!
