Well a combination of unions, dimwitted politicians, “just in time” supply chain and a stupid public. There is no strike and if there is going to be it wont be for at least a week and by that time the ignorant morons who rushed out to fill their tanks will be running on empty. People scoff at me for having an overflowing cupboard full of rice, canned soups, pasta etc. but when you combine just in time supermarkets with the stupidity of the general public, it pays to have a little food put by just in case.
