1. Musta been some “really good shit” to borrow from George Carlin. 

   A friend of mine had a similar story to tell from his intern days in a big-city hospital.  A sailor rolled up in the ER complaining of difficulty urinating. When an X-ray revealed a slender object in his urethra and bladder, he then fessed up that he got really drunk the night before, picked up a woman, and couldn’t perform when they settled in for the night.  She tried a little penis enhancement with a glass swizzle stick, which seemed like a good idea at the time, then he passed out, remembering nothing further.  According to my friend, the sailor was damned lucky the glass rod didn’t break, and it was satisfactorily extracted.  Stories like that make my bag tighten up!  Whew.
