Agreed. And I would like to know if it is possible as yet to single out the most politically influential three or four blogs (always realizing, of course, that this one automatically heads the list)....
Maybe it’s just me, but this concerns me a little. How does one establish oneself as a blogger? Right now, anyone can pay for their bandwidth and be a blogger. So it follows that everyone should have the “privileged” fees. I just doubt the government will see it that way. What I see is government tracking in the future and determining who is a valid blogger.
Just remember the adage…
“I’m from the government, and I’m here to help.”
I will defer to good taste and refrain from mentioning some of the usual suspects who would be most likely to extend Big Brother into the blogosphere (and into talk radio, for that matter).
There are some words that a gentleman simply does not utter, even under duress.....
