4. Let’s see if I’ve got this right - the Arabs came in a day late and a dollar short, walked out when they couldn’t get what they wanted, lost, attacked and lost again?  Golly gee.  No wonder they don’t get no respect.

   Jews represented just over 3% of the U.S. population and therefore controlled the U.S. (at least according to a Syrian delegate) and were attempting to control the U.N.  Could I have some of what he was smoking?

   The only amazing thing is that the resolution carried the U.N. and the Syrian delegate was booed.  I miss the days when the U.N. stood for something other than despotism and hot air.  Then again, that was when modern Western thought dominated that body and not a pile of 3rd World goat suckers. 

   When I look at the history of the last 60 years, I’m not so sure that European and American colonialism was a bad thing.
