4. The ACLU is equating a private group - you are not forced nor required to join the Boy Scouts - with the public. However - like Prayer in School and the 10 Commandments - the ACLU is against any group, organization or tradition that emphasizes Moral Value, a Belief in God and Citizenship.

   I also hope that they charged the minor with being drunk and then went after whomever sold/gave him the alcohol - arson usually carries a felony charge - in the lala state of CA, he will however probably be set free - especially if he is an illegal.
