There used to be a principle in British Common Law that the prosecution wouldn’t bring charges where doing so would bring it into obvious public disrepute.
England has sunk so low, that being lawful is disreputable, and being criminal is lauded.
This is what happens to a country when its moral compass becomes demagnetized.
