Stalkers - what a bunch of idiots - while they blithely ignore the human danger posed by certain segments of society as just misunderstood, they are demonizing a segment of society that (under regulations) does a service - to the public (wild animal control) to the animals (population control) and to themselves (providing food). Yet the perpetual whinners call them stalkers.

    Another way to humanize animals and diminish humans down to not-important-status, ripe for the totalitarian control.

    No. Their title is ‘stalkers.’ I mean, that’s what they do.

    I think the problem here is that the animal after a time became a sort of celeb. Ppl admired him and lots got photos, they ‘stalked’ for the photo op.

    He wasn’t really just another deer and I think folks just got used to him and thought of him as a surviving underdog. Or something like that.

    Then too, the idea of killing an animal just for a trophy, especially this one, was seen as a sad event.
