1. Yes You absolutely can Drew.

   You just gotta believe, focus and stay in the “bubble”.

   Ya know they say 70% of those SEAL BUD/S (recruit training-SEAL qualification) DROP-OUTS don’t fail because they’re weak or lack stamina.

   They fail because they really don’t wanna be SEALS. They can’t focus on pushing through the mental envelope, putting the pain aside and staying in the “bubble” until they attain their objective.

   Instead the failures dwell on the discomfort. They feel sorry for themselves and they take the easy way out. They ring the bell and walk away.

   FOCUS my man and you’ll succeed!
