This has to be Frank. Only in these parts do we have Civil War re-enactments. Great timing on this shot!

Niver seen cacti growing ‘round the Blue Ridge afore. Sure it ain’t one a them Texican or Arazonian batteries shootin’ at Messicans??
"Kill dem yankee sumbitches”?!
Some of us around here aren’t Rebs....

I have “seen” people hunt deer with these things.
As in “seen” I mean on the internet.
Whatchoo talkin’ ‘bout Willis?
Infinity, the Rockies run through Texas too. Hence El Paso- ‘The Pass’
Yankeesumbitches should spelled as one word, like dammyankee.
should’ve figured Texas is so big.... I havent been to much of texas…
The setting makes me think more of the Mexican War (not an inappropriate topic nowadays?).
Good grief, I didn’t even notice the cactus. Frank, we do not have those prickly things here. And we’ve all covered the lower half of the country. Were IS this taking place?
Tanny, maybe you’re right. Everything’s ‘inappropriate’ nowadays what with PC ruling everything. To heck with it, I say.
OK, they’ve had enough time to guess. I took this picture at Picacho Peak State Park here in Arizona (between Phoenix and Tucson) in March 2004 at an annual Civil War re-enactment. The unit firing the cannon represented a Confderate unit from...TEXAS!
Yeeeeee-HAWWWWWWWW!
