1. No, you’re not the only one.  Crisis theater is the circuses of the present, and EBT/food stamps are the bread.

   Most of the sitting representatives don’t strike me as “Democrats” or “Republicans”; just “Statists” in what is effectively a one-party system with a battle-cry of “Hurrah for us, and screw everyone else.”

   A legislative body that exempts itself from the very laws it passes is one of the hallmarks of tyranny.

   For example:  Congress Quickly And Quietly Rolls Back Insider Trading Rules For Itself

   Recently, there’s been news stories about Congress effectively exempting themselves from the negative financial effects of Obamacare.  Jury’s still out on that one, but I’m leaning towards, “Yeah, they’re going to circle the wagons and protect their own… Again.”

   And why is it that these self-aggrandizing arrogant bastards can wreak fiscal disaster by continuously making a joke out of the idea that there even IS a debt limit?  Seriously, if you increase it every time you hit it, IT’S NOT A DAMNED LIMIT, IS IT?  Meanwhile the rest of us have to live with rules that say, “If you incur debts, and don’t pay them back, they will eventually try to crush you.” But not Congress… oh no.

   No, I have nothing good to say about the viper-pit that is Congress.  It’s Mordor on the Potomac.

2. Yeah - I agree btw - the gov quietly deleted the ‘free’ from the O’care website - I hope that the GOP can stand together for the foreseeable future - as this pos bs ‘law’ - is crumbling more and more each and every day.
