   Same Here!
   I live 20 miles out in the country,
   to avoid the city property taxes.
   it saves me about $3000.00 per year.
   the schools are better,the community is better.
   No I don’t live in Europe ,
   I live about a half of a mile away from Ted Nugents “The Spirit Wild Ranch” outside of Crawford Tx.
   The Taxes in Waco are as bad as Austin!

3. The security is extreme around his ranch.
   Hell,if you slow down to take a look around,
   you will probably see a few black chevy suburbans.
   I will try to get over there next week and email you a few pictures.
