There are no words for the stupidity - except it is nice to see a youth who is not a predator out rampaging through the town.
The hospital part (sani-spritzers) - 1) do almost nothing for the MRSA/VRSA - (been on a burn ICU when it broke out - scrubbing, sani-spritzers and gowning are mandatory - might want to look at those buckets of germs pulled around by unskilled janitorial staff who use the same equipment room to room to room) and 2)now the idea will spread to the US.
