  1. The approval/disapproval rating on BarryO, Congress, and the TEA activists would not be nearly so close if all of the mainstream media* was not pimping for them with every breath they take.

    * Except, most of the time, FOX news.

  2. Latest Pew and Rasmussen Polls: 8 in 10 Americans do not trust the government

What’s wrong with the other two Americans?

  3. So using Rasmussen (which was the Obama Daily Tracking) and combining strongly and somewhat approve GWB at the end had a low of 35% (his lowest being 32% in Jun/08) - his strongly was at that time 13% & somewhat was 22% - in the poll shown above for Obama - his numbers are 49% with the 29% strongly & 20% somewhat. How about a comparison of those numbers as in time in office (GWB’s lowest were at the end of his second term) - hubby gone so I don’t have those numbers but I vaguely remember that they were in the high 60s/low 70s after coming down from a high of 86% (which oh, btw Obama has never had ever - his highest was 66%). So imagine how low his numbers are going to be by the end of his first term - much less if somehow he manages to steal another election - the end of his second term.
Speaking of that - an Army (I think) Officer is refusing to obey orders from Obama until he proves he is legally eligible to be POTUS - I read that the lawsuit is moving forward. Keep enough of them in the court system - and one is going to make it forward enough to see the inside of a court room.

  4. Wardmama - One of the western states, Arizona, has just passed a bill that demands an actual birth certificate - not a certificate of live birth, there is a difference! - from any and all candidates who want to run for the position in that state.

At least 3 other states have similar bills that have not yet come up for a vote.

So this “birther” stuff is NOT going away. It’s flying under the radar, but that’s by the MSM’s choice. They made a HUGE squawk about John McCain’s birth status, BOTH times he ran, even though in 2008 the issue was long settled, and he was fully qualified.

Next time around, if there is a next time, WTP are going to do what the feds and the press should have done the first time. It’s our country, not theirs, and we’ve left them to do whatever they wanted for far too long already.

  5. See Drew - I take offense at the ‘birther’ comment - I do not think of myself as a ‘birther’ (which I know, like Teabagger is just an insult to imply stupidity and group think without facts - which are more li(e)bral/leftist qualities than anyone on the right). I feel that The Won was born in the US -

I simply want all of his documents - most especially his long form birth certificate - shown in public - I therefore consider this a Constitutional issue not a insanity/conspiracy theory issue.

I like the Arizona law - once again - States Rights - make the Federal Government less and less in control - it was how this country was meant to be.
