NJ plans to reduce government: farmers complain

 

1. Hmmm… on the one hand I can see your point about the farmers whining. They’ve been doing it all my life. On the other hand, if I’m doing the math correctly.... it looks like they’re cutting loose 12% of the population of the state in order to shave about 9% off the state budget. It doesn’t seem very economically smart, but then since you know that rather than try to fix things by being frugal with the money saved they’ll just find something wasteful to blow it on, I don’t suppose it makes much difference.
