For the rest of us, Firefox does have a built in spell check feature that you can turn on.

"Keep good records ...” for all the reasons Punkins mentions - and so you will have a better feel for (for instance) how much time is inside vs outside, and ground floor vs high-altitude work, average fuel costs on a daily or weekly period, miscellaneous expenses, etc. You’ll be able to crack out faster and more accurate estimates, and maximize your profit, if you have a better handle on actual costs.
