  1. Looks like a sex toy but it is really a kegel exerciser bar.

  2. On Paula Deen - all classic chefs (ok a couple of cuisines don’t) use butter and sugar as they are closer to natural than the other junk going - but indeed Ms Deen uses way too much butter.

On diabetes (My Dad was a Dr, two MDS - and a diabetic, as was his Mother) - the diagnosis level used to be 140, it was lowered to 126 in 2003 - shortly after oral diabetes medication came onto the market. Perhaps it was done to increase the number of people who ‘have’ the disease and to use the word ‘epidemic’ - In my mind that is not sound medical practice or healthcare but closer to medical practice via pharmacology (at this point, George Carlin’s Pop-A-Chocks routine is rampaging through my mind).

A diagnosis of a disease that not only affects your life but also your livelihood, requires quite a bit of acceptance, adjustment and re-arranging of your mind - can’t public figures have that time to do it - without it being seen as a negative?

I only know one Etta James song - At Last - a great, great song.

I like the TX decision - but find more joy at the GA one - Where The Won might actually have to be sworn in - Won’t that be a hoot!

  4. Constitutional principles aside, has there ever been a case where someone invoked the Fifth Amendment without being guilty?
