  1. Come ON Allan-was are you still upset?
    They did retract it after all.
    So a few people died-the story WAS true in substance if not in form.
    ///moonbat OFF.

    Seroiusly-Isikoff need to be fined, sued or something.
    Better yet-hand them over to the families of those who died due to that fiction!

  2. Well, I just looked through a few old Newsweeks, and I am probably not going to be able to do a boycott on all advertisers. I would have to get rid of maybe half of all my stuff. A letter to the editor might be in order however.

  3. Yep Par for the course for unnewsweek you wanna really get pissed at them then click on This Link(Warning) pictures and audio...Yeah they have an agenda.. I also think it is high time we unembedded some of these reporters.. I understand the reason behind it.. but with reporters so set on trying to find the bad news or report it with a biased slant.. the koran story falsehood is really nothing compared to it

  5. Another thing that bugged me was that it was just not possible to flush that down a toilet without having to call the plumber and having a HUGE bill.

  6. Funny irony - I have my NEWSWEEK re-up bill on my desk at this moment.  I get about six news mags a week....  hah.  I get to save $29.95.

    I don’t think anyone needs to write letters or contact advertisers.  I betcha the advertisers are jumping ship so fast it’s head-spinning.

    As for the embeds, I bet they aren’t being treated too nicely by our soldiers.  They may be begging to come home.

  8. Only problem with boycotting the companies who advertise in Newsweek, is that one has to open the magazine to find out who they are…
